How can Kingdom Partners help meet your needs?
We first meet with the senior leadership to determine discipleship goals for your church. Discipleship training and spiritual development objectives will be then be developed, always supporting your vision and mission. A plan will then be implemented. Ongoing communication and evaluation is an essential part of this partnership.
Our approach is highly interactive and personal. We facilitate the discipleship process through modeling, mentoring, and encouraging spiritual growth as we pour ourselves into people. In this non-threatening learning environment, people grow spiritually, step out and try, leaders emerge, and ministry occurs by and through the Body.
Our Partners: In addition to our personal ministry, we can draw upon other gifted ministry partners who have a desire to help equip and train in other areas (such as worship, support and recovery ministry, church administration and finance, outreach, prayer counseling, leadership development).
