Kingdom Builders
Kingdom Builders is a new resource for local churches, designed to help “equip the saints for the work of service” (Eph. 4:12 ) through citywide or regional training seminars, workshops, and coaching. Kingdom Builders is an outgrowth of Kingdom Partners, using the same ministry philosophy, but on a broader scale.
The problem:
There is currently a leadership vacuum in many of the smaller churches in North America. Discipleship and leadership development are unfortunately limited because the senior pastors are typically overwhelmed by normal ministry demands. They lack the personnel and financial resources to adequately develop and equip their members. Large conferences are generally expensive, so very few ministers or lay leaders from churches with limited resources can attend. To meet this need, Kingdom Builders provides high-quality teaching and training at a relatively low cost.
Kingdom Builders will provide:

Centralized training classes, seminars and workshops open to all the local churches in an area.

Training and equipping in such key areas as small group ministry for adults and youth, worship, outreach, personal evangelism, leadership skills, church administration and management, support and recovery ministry, spiritual warfare, prayer ministry, discipling of children, etc.

Teaching by gifted, qualified ministers with years of experience.

Practical, hands-on training and resources that can be readily applied in both the church and the marketplace.

Opportunities for follow-up and coaching to implement training concepts.

High quality instruction at such a reasonable cost that a church can afford to send large numbers of people to the training sessions.
